Learn MoreDr. Popli and Staff were excellent during initial office visit and actual procedure date. Kept me well-inforrmed pre and post operative screening. 5 stars+ all around.l! Thank you and see you in 10 years for next check up.
I had my first colonoscopy with Dr. Katz at Digestive Disease Consultants facility. The process was smooth and the people there made my first experience smooth and comfortable .There was an issue entering the port into a vein...the woman tried in two different areas, but the port wouldn't flush. So, another woman was asked to try...and she got the port in perfectly in 5 seconds. Even I could see the vein clearly. I was hoping the first woman would watch and learn from the second, since it is a crucial step...she did not, just stepped away to talk to a coworker while mentioning that she really should learn to install a port better. I think a mandatory class should be given, by the experienced, dealing with this issue...there clearly is more learning to be gained in order to make this procedure a better experience for the patient. Thus 4 of 5 stars.
What a fantastic place Palm Endoscopy center is. For me, the Doctor's and Staff made what can be a stressful unpleasant experience quick and painless. They are on their A game. They are very efficient and extremely friendly. Highly recommend.
