Insurance and Billing
Palms Endoscopy Center accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

Smiles and friendly faces everywhere. Extremely efficient, no waiting and very professional. It will put you at ease for procedures in the future. For a less than sought after procedure the experience was totally acceptable.

From the receptionist upon arrival on my very first appointment with Dr. Shephard, my Doctor, his assistant, Sylmarie, Kiara -my surgery coordinator, and also the Nurses, Technician, and Anesthesiologist on the day of my Colonoscopy. ALL were Amazing 🌟. THANK YOU! They even called me the next day after my procedure to make sure I was in good recovery. I was already working and missed the call, so they left a voice message and also sent me a post card. From initial visit to procedure, it took less than 2 weeks. Wow! All were Amazing, and Dr. Shepherd is The Best! Thank you🌻, and God Bless you All ❤️.
