Learn MoreThis review is related to Palm Endoscopy’s billing practices. The insurance company paid more than expected for the facility charges. I called requesting a credit and was advised it would be credited to my card in 2-3 weeks. I called 3 1/2 weeks later checking on the status and was advised that the credit was in the process of being transferred to the anesthesia bill which I had already paid in full. Now I am being told that it will be 8-10 weeks before the transfer will be complete and for my credit to be applied before I receive my money back! It is ridiculous that it would take so long to refund a client their money. Poor customer service and billing practices!!
